Casilime is a White Hat Gaming casino, run by the same MGA-licensed company as Casimba and Dream Vegas, with thousands of slots and Interac listed. Its C$250 + 150 spins welcome offer carries 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, the toughest terms of the three sister sites.
Casilime is a bright, slot-heavy casino that launched in late 2022 and opened to Canadian players in 2023. What most reviews do not tell you is who runs it. The small print on its own website names White Hat Gaming, the Malta company behind Casimba and Dream Vegas. That is good news for trust. It is less good news for the bonus, which carries the toughest terms of the three.
Quick take: Casilime is a properly licensed casino for Canadians outside Ontario, with thousands of slots, a live casino from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, and Interac listed. Its welcome offer is small, C$250 plus 150 free spins, and the 40x wagering applies to your deposit as well as the bonus, which makes it 80x the bonus in practice. Play here for the games and skip the bonus. It is not available in Ontario.

Licensing and Who Can Play
The footer of Casilime’s website states that the brand is managed by White Hat Gaming Limited, a company registered in Malta, and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/370/2017 for players outside Great Britain. That is the same licence Casimba and Dream Vegas operate under. White Hat also holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, but that only covers British players. For Canadians, the MGA is the regulator that counts.
The MGA is one of the stricter international regulators, and an operator running several established brands has more to lose from a dispute than a one-site casino. One independent review site still gives Casilime a below-average safety score, pointing to terms it considers unfair to players. Having read the terms ourselves, the issues are the ones covered on this page: deposit-plus-bonus wagering, a weekly withdrawal cap and an inactivity fee. None of them suggests a casino that does not pay, but all of them are worth knowing.
Canada is not on Casilime’s list of restricted countries. Ontario is a different matter: Casilime is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents should use a site from our list of regulated Ontario online casinos. Players in Alberta now also have a provincially licensed market to choose from. Our comparison of provincially regulated and offshore casinos explains what an overseas licence means if something goes wrong.
The Welcome Offer: Do the Maths First
Canadian review sites quote the offer in Canadian dollars. The version of Casilime’s site we could load showed the same terms in euros, which may be a regional version, so confirm the amounts in your cashier.
How the Offer Breaks Down
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| 1st (from C$20) | 100% up to C$250 | 50 on Book of Dead |
| 2nd (from C$25) | None | 100 on Legacy of Dead |
The Terms That Matter
- Wagering: 40x the total of your deposit and the bonus. This comes from Casilime’s own terms, not a review site.
- Maximum bet: C$5 while the bonus is active. Betting more puts all your winnings at risk.
- Free spin winnings: paid as bonus money and capped at C$20 per set of spins.
- Time limits: 30 days for bonus funds and 10 days for spins.
- Excluded payment methods: deposits by Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.
- Game weighting: slots, scratch cards and keno count in full; other games count less.
What 40x on Deposit Plus Bonus Means
| How the 40x is applied | Bets needed on a C$100 deposit with a C$100 bonus |
|---|---|
| On the bonus only (how many casinos do it) | C$4,000 |
| On deposit plus bonus (Casilime’s actual rule) | C$8,000 |
That is 80x the bonus. On slots returning 96%, C$8,000 of play costs about C$320 on average, more than three times the C$100 bonus. At the C$5 maximum bet, it is at least 1,600 spins. The free spins do not rescue the deal either. With winnings capped at C$20 per set, the 150 spins can add no more than C$40 to your bonus balance, however well they land.
Playing without the bonus has a real advantage: your winnings are yours to withdraw whenever you like. Our comparison of casino welcome offers explains how to judge a bonus like this one.
Casilime vs Its Sister Sites
Because Casilime, Casimba and Dream Vegas share an owner and a licence, comparing them shows how much the bonus design matters. Here is what each asks you to bet for every C$100 of first-deposit bonus, using the terms in our reviews:
| Casilime | Casimba | Dream Vegas | |
|---|---|---|---|
| First-deposit match | 100% up to C$250 | 200% up to C$5,000 | 200% up to C$2,500 |
| Wagering | 40x deposit + bonus | 35x deposit + bonus | 35x deposit + bonus + spin winnings |
| Deposit needed for a C$100 bonus | C$100 | C$50 | C$50 |
| Bets to clear that C$100 bonus | C$8,000 | C$5,250 | C$5,250, plus spin winnings |
Casilime has the smallest bonus of the three and the heaviest terms. If you want a White Hat bonus at all, Casimba’s or Dream Vegas’s first deposit is the better deal, and you get the same licence, cashier and support standards.
Promotions, Loyalty and VIP
- Bonus Wheel: a daily spin for depositing players, with bonuses and free spins as prizes.
- Prize draws: a wager-free annual cash giveaway decided by tickets earned through play, a large prize draw for a holiday or cash, and a weekly cash draw shared among ten winners. The weekly draw requires a sizeable deposit during the week to enter.
- Loyalty points: 500 points on your first deposit, then points on every cash bet. Slots earn the most, 2 points per 10 units wagered, while blackjack earns 0.5 and roulette 0.25. Every 1,000 points converts to 5 units of bonus money.
- VIP club: four invite-only tiers, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite, with priority withdrawals, a personal account manager from Gold up, cashback from Platinum and reviews of your level every 30 to 60 days.
Run the loyalty numbers and they are thin. On slots, 1,000 points takes 5,000 units of wagering and returns 5 units of bonus money, about 0.1%. That bonus then carries 40x wagering of its own. Treat the points as a small extra, not a reason to play here. Compare ongoing rewards in our casino bonuses hub.
Game Library
This is Casilime’s strength. The most recent Canadian count puts it at more than 3,600 games, almost all of them slots, with 40+ jackpot slots including Mega Moolah. On the international version of the site, the provider filter adds up to around 6,400 games across more than 140 studios. Expect plenty of Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt and Big Time Gaming titles, along with Megaways and Drops & Wins sections. Bingo, Slingo, scratch cards and keno are there too. The live casino runs on Evolution and Pragmatic Play, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows such as Crazy Time. There is no sportsbook. Our slots hub explains how to narrow a library this large by RTP and volatility, and the live casino hub compares live lobbies.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speed
| Method | Deposits | Withdrawals (after the pending period) |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | Listed | Check the cashier |
| Visa and Mastercard | From C$20 for the bonus | Up to 5 working days |
| Skrill and Neteller | Accepted, but not eligible for the welcome offer | Up to 24 hours |
| Paysafecard | Accepted | Not usually available for withdrawals |
Our earlier review said no source listed Interac. A detailed Canadian review now does, and it appears among the payment logos on Casilime’s own site, so look for it in the cashier. That review also lists PayPal, which earlier sources said was not offered. Treat PayPal as unconfirmed until you see it. There is no cryptocurrency.
Every withdrawal stays pending for one to two days, then takes up to three working days to reach you depending on the method. Your first withdrawal needs identity checks, which reviewers say are completed within 48 hours of sending documents. The minimum withdrawal is 20 units of your currency, and you must have wagered your deposit at least once before cashing out.
Three rules in the terms are worth knowing before you deposit:
- Weekly cap: on the terms we read, non-VIP players can withdraw up to 5,000 euros a week, so a big win is paid out over several weeks. Check the Canadian-dollar figure in your account.
- Very large wins: wins of 100,000 euros or more can be paid in ten instalments.
- Inactivity fee: after 12 months with no deposits or bets, 5 euros a month is deducted from your balance, with 30 days’ notice. Withdraw what you can before you stop playing.
Our fast payout casinos page lists quicker options, and the payment methods hub compares the alternatives.
Mobile, Support and Responsible Gambling
There is no app. The site works in a mobile browser, and the slot library is available on mobile. Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at support@casilime.com, and one reviewer had a live chat reply in under a minute. Deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test are available, and the games’ random number generators are certified by eCOGRA. Free, confidential help is available from ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) and your provincial helpline.
Pros and Cons
What we like:
- MGA licence held by an established operator that also runs Casimba and Dream Vegas
- A very large slot library, with Evolution and Pragmatic Play live casino
- Interac listed, with e-wallet withdrawals inside 24 hours once approved
- 24/7 live chat with quick replies
What holds it back:
- 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, the toughest terms of the three sister sites
- Free spin winnings capped at C$20 per set
- Weekly withdrawal cap and a monthly fee on inactive accounts
- Loyalty points worth about 0.1% of what you wager on slots
- Not available in Ontario
Our Verdict
Casilime is a trustworthy casino with a big slot library, and if you play without the bonus it is a perfectly good place to spend an evening, with Interac and reasonable payout times. The welcome offer is the weak link. At 40x on deposit plus bonus it is effectively 80x, and both of Casilime’s sister sites offer more generous terms from the same company. If you want a bonus with no wagering at all, PlayOJO is the alternative. See our real money casinos page for more options.
