Winawin launched in 2022 and turns up on plenty of Canadian casino lists, but our earlier review couldn’t answer two basic questions: is it still open to Canadians, and who runs it? One Canadian site had said it was no longer available here, and reviewers named two different operators. This time we read Winawin’s own site, its Canadian promotions and its full terms and bonus rules. Both questions now have clear answers, and one of them is unusual.
Quick take: Winawin is open to Canadians outside Ontario. It is run by Novatrix SRL, a Costa Rican company, and its terms give Canadian players a different licence from everyone else: one from Anjouan, a light-touch offshore regulator. The welcome package starts with 100% up to C$750 plus 100 free spins at 40x the bonus, which is fairer than most offshore offers. Withdrawals are capped at 750 a day, though, and inactive accounts are charged after only six months.

Is Winawin Available in Canada?
Yes. Canada appears in Winawin’s list of countries for registration, with the Canadian dollar as its default currency, and the site runs English and French Canadian versions. Its terms contain a section written specifically for Canadian players, and the restricted countries listed there don’t include Canada. The claim that Winawin had left Canada does not match what the operator’s own site shows in October 2026.
Ontario is a different matter. Winawin is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so it is not a licensed option in the province. Ontario residents should play at one of the regulated Ontario online casinos instead. Who Runs Winawin, and Under Which Licence
Older reviews named Dama N.V., a large Curaçao operator, as Winawin’s owner. Dama still holds a valid Curaçao licence, but Winawin’s own site no longer mentions it. Its footer and terms name Novatrix SRL, registered in Cartago, Costa Rica.
Two Licences, Depending on Where You Live
Winawin’s terms are split into two versions. Players outside Canada are covered by licence number 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation gaming body in New Brunswick. That licence’s own restricted list excludes Ontario and New Brunswick. When we checked on October 19, 2026, the Tobique Gaming Commission’s own validator listed winawin.com as valid under it. Canadian players see a different section, which says the site is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, licence ALSI-202508056-FI2. The footer you see on the homepage still shows the Tobique licence, so read the terms to confirm which one applies to you.
What Anjouan Means for You
Anjouan is a small offshore regulator popular with newer casinos, with lighter requirements than Malta or any Canadian province. We could not check the Anjouan licence the same way, because the site only showed us its Tobique seal, so it is stated here as Winawin reports it. The Welcome Package
Winawin’s Canadian promotions page lists a four-part welcome package, each part claimed with its own bonus code:

That adds up to C$6,375 and 300 free spins. Some sites quote 1,800 free spins, a figure that doesn’t appear anywhere in Winawin’s current terms. There is also a separate live casino welcome bonus of 100% up to C$450, with the same 40x wagering.
The Terms That Matter
- Wagering: 40 times the bonus amount, not the deposit. Older reviews said 50x; the current terms say 40x.
- Time limit: 14 days to complete the wagering. Free spins must be activated within 3 days and used within 7.
- Maximum bet: C$7.50 per spin or round while wagering, including bonus buys.
- Minimum deposit: C$30 to qualify.
- Withdrawing early: you can take out your deposit before finishing the wagering, but the bonus and any winnings from it are cancelled.
What 40x the Bonus Costs
Deposit C$100 and the first-deposit match adds C$100. You need to wager 40 times C$100, or C$4,000, within 14 days. On slots returning 96%, that costs about C$160 on average, a little more than the bonus is worth. That is still easier than the 35x deposit-plus-bonus offers common at offshore casinos, which would need C$7,000 for the same deposit. The later parts of the package are a different story. Getting the full C$6,375 would mean depositing about C$17,250 across four deposits and wagering C$255,000. Cashback, VIP and Other Offers
Winawin’s VIP programme pays a cash bonus at each level and adds a weekly cashback that grows as you climb:
- VIP 1: C$30 bonus, 5% Monday cashback, 100 free spins on Wednesdays
- VIP 2: C$75 bonus, 7% cashback, 30% Wednesday reload
- VIP 3: C$300 bonus, 10% cashback, 50% reload, and doubled withdrawal limits
- VIP 4: C$1,500 bonus, 13% cashback, 60% reload
The Monday cashback carries only 3x wagering and needs at least C$30 in slot losses the week before, which makes it the most useful offer here. There is also a high-roller bonus of 50% up to C$1,500 twice a month for deposits of C$450 or more, once you have used the welcome package, and a birthday bonus of up to C$200. Winnings from free spins earned through the loyalty scheme are capped at C$75.
Withdrawal Limits and Rules
The Limits
Winawin’s terms cap withdrawals at 750 a day, 3,750 a week and 15,000 a month, in euros or dollars. From VIP 3 upward, the limits double to 1,500, 7,500 and 30,000. Wins over €14,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of up to €14,000. In practice, a C$10,000 win at the standard level would take close to three weeks to withdraw because of the weekly cap. The minimum withdrawal is C$20.
Rules That Can Cost You
- Wager deposits three times: if you withdraw having wagered less than three times your last deposit, Winawin can charge you its deposit and withdrawal processing costs.
- Verification deadlines: if Winawin can’t reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, your account can be locked, and winnings can be forfeited if you don’t complete verification within 40 days.
- Dormancy fee: after six months without logging in, Winawin can charge an administration fee of at least €25 a month for as long as your balance is positive. That is one of the shortest and most expensive dormancy rules we have seen. Withdraw your balance before you stop playing.
- No VPNs: the terms prohibit them and allow funds to be confiscated.

Winawin’s Canadian cashier includes Interac, and earlier reviews also list iDebit and cards. It also accepts a long list of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDT. Accounts can be held in Canadian dollars, and the minimum deposit is C$20, or C$30 if you want a bonus. Earlier reviews reported per-transaction maximums of between C$20 and C$1,125 depending on the method, so check the limit for your method in the cashier before you request a large withdrawal. The terms also warn that payments can’t be guaranteed for every method in every country.
