PartyCasino is an AGCO-registered Ontario casino from Entain with a large slot library, exclusive in-house games and a well-rated app, though its live casino is slimmer than rivals’ and payment options are narrower than its reputation suggests.
PartyCasino is one of the oldest names in online gambling. The brand traces back to the late 1990s, it was among the first casinos live when Ontario opened its regulated market in 2022, and it is owned by Entain, one of the largest gambling companies in the world. Longevity like that usually means one of two things: a casino that has kept improving, or one that is coasting on its name.
PartyCasino is a bit of both. The slot library and the app are strong. The live casino and the cashier are less impressive than you might expect from a brand this size.
Quick take: PartyCasino is a solid, fully regulated choice for Ontario slot players, especially if you like exclusive games you cannot find elsewhere. It is less convincing for live dealer fans and for anyone who wants a wide choice of payment methods. It is also licensed in Alberta; elsewhere, check carefully whether you can register at all before reading further.
Where PartyCasino Is Available
Ontario is the one province where we can confirm PartyCasino’s status without qualification. It is registered with the AGCO, it operates under an iGaming Ontario agreement, and it is listed in iGaming Ontario’s public directory together with its sister products PartyPoker and PartySports. You must be 19 or older and physically in the province to play.
Outside Ontario, Alberta is now confirmed, while the rest of the country is less clear:
- Alberta: PartyCasino has been licensed by Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis and live in Alberta’s regulated market since July 23, 2026, when Entain moved it and Sports Interaction into the province’s licensed system. Alberta players use the provincial site, with its own promotions and player protections.
- Everywhere else: some reviews say PartyCasino is not available outside regulated provinces, while others refer to an international site that accepts Canadians. If such a site is open to you, it is not a provincially regulated product.
The rest of this review describes the Ontario casino. Every other regulated option in the province is listed in our ranking of online casinos in Ontario, and players elsewhere will find alternatives among our top real money casinos.
Licensing, Ownership and Trust
Entain is a FTSE-listed company that also owns bwin and Ladbrokes and co-owns BetMGM with MGM Resorts. In Ontario, PartyCasino operates through an Entain subsidiary, ElectraWorks Maple Limited.
That background matters for a practical reason. Entain has publicly committed to operating only in regulated markets, which means PartyCasino in Ontario is the company’s main product here, not a side project. Player funds, game certification, and responsible gambling tools all fall under AGCO rules, and unresolved complaints can be escalated through iGaming Ontario. Our guide to resolving disputes with online casinos explains how.
If you want to understand what a licence does and does not guarantee, our article on whether online casinos are rigged is the place to start.
Bonuses and Promotions
Ontario operators are not allowed to advertise bonuses publicly, so you will not find a welcome offer on PartyCasino’s Ontario homepage, and we will not quote one here. Offers are shown to registered players after login.
Two things are worth knowing in advance. First, where reviews do describe PartyCasino’s terms, they report a 35x wagering requirement, which is average for Canada. Second, any free spin or no-deposit promotion for Ontario players will only appear on PartyCasino’s own site, and our breakdown of no deposit free spins explains how to judge one. As with any offer, read the terms shown in your account, since those are the ones the operator is legally bound to honour. We explain why that accountability matters when comparing casino sign-up bonuses.
For help judging an offer once you can see it, compare it against the best casino welcome bonuses in Canada.
Game Library and Software
Counts vary by source, from a little over 1,000 games to several thousand, but all agree that slots dominate and that the range of studios is wide. You get the major suppliers alongside smaller ones, which is why PartyCasino turns up in our roundup of themed slot games for niche categories such as sci-fi, and among our Christmas slots picks for seasonal content.
The real differentiator is exclusives. Entain runs an in-house studio, WIN Interactive, that builds games only available on its own brands. Titles such as Melon Madness and Dazzling Sun sit alongside the Party Jackpots range of in-house progressive slots. If you have played the same hundred games at every other Ontario casino, that is a genuine reason to look here.
Table games are covered properly, with multiple blackjack and roulette variants, baccarat and casino poker. Beginners may find our overview of casino table games useful, and our slots hub explains how to compare games by RTP and volatility. Poker players should note that PartyPoker runs on the same account.
Live Dealer Casino
This is PartyCasino’s weaker side. The live lobby has the essentials: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and a selection of game shows. But it is noticeably smaller than the live floors at 888 Casino or BetMGM, and one of our named competitors describes it, fairly, as slim.
If you play live tables occasionally, it is perfectly adequate. If live dealer is the main reason you gamble online, compare the options in our live casino hub first.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speed
The minimum deposit is C$10. The cashier in Ontario is narrower than at some rivals.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | Yes | Yes | The fastest route. Often paid within a day once approved |
| Visa and Mastercard | Yes | Yes | 3 to 5 business days for withdrawals |
| Apple Pay and Google Pay | Yes | Varies | Convenient for mobile deposits |
| Bank transfer | Yes | Yes | Up to a week |
Published withdrawal times range from “within a day” to “two to seven business days”. The difference comes down to method and verification. PartyCasino says it aims to process cashouts within 48 hours, and Interac is consistently reported as the quickest way to receive money. Verify your account before your first withdrawal to stay at the fast end of that range. Our fast payout casinos page explains what slows payouts down.
A note on PayPal. Some sources list PartyCasino as accepting it in Ontario. Several Ontario-specific reviews do not, and one says outright that it wishes PartyCasino offered e-wallets. Treat PayPal as unavailable unless you see it in the cashier, and do not register for that reason alone. The full range of Canadian options is compared on our payment methods hub.
Mobile App
PartyCasino’s apps are a strength. Because it is provincially licensed, it can list native apps in the App Store and Google Play, and the iPhone app in particular is rated highly by users. Android scores a little lower. Some older user reviews mention slow-loading games, a problem more recent reviews suggest has improved.
You can also play in a mobile browser with nothing to install. Our mobile casinos ranking compares the leading apps, and our list of instant play casinos with no download covers browser play.
Customer Support and Responsible Gambling
Support is offered by live chat and email. We have previously singled out PartyCasino’s live chat as well moderated and beginner friendly, which is worth something if you are new to online casinos and expect to have questions.
Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings, as AGCO rules require. If you want to use them as part of a broader plan, our guide to casino strategy and bankroll management shows how.
Pros and Cons
What we like:
- AGCO-registered and owned by Entain, a major listed operator
- Exclusive in-house slots and Party Jackpots titles
- Wide range of studios, including smaller ones
- Highly rated native iPhone app
- Poker and sports available on the same account
What holds it back:
- Live casino is smaller than leading rivals’
- Narrower choice of payment methods, with PayPal unconfirmed
- Withdrawal times vary widely by method
- Availability outside Ontario and Alberta is unclear
- No publicly visible bonus terms in Ontario
How PartyCasino Compares
Its closest relative is BetMGM, which shares an owner in Entain. BetMGM has the bigger live casino and confirmed PayPal support. PartyCasino has the simpler, slots-first lobby and its own exclusive games.
LeoVegas beats both on mobile design, and PlayOJO is the better pick if bonus terms matter most to you, since its offers carry no wagering requirement.
Our Verdict: Who PartyCasino Is For
PartyCasino suits Ontario players who mostly play slots, want something different from the standard catalogue, and like using a good app. It is a trustworthy, well-run site from a company with a lot to lose.
It is not the best option for live dealer players or for anyone who needs a specific e-wallet. And if you are outside Ontario and Alberta, confirm that you can legally register before you do anything else.
