Casino Days is licensed in Ontario, Alberta and by Kahnawake for the rest of Canada, with 6,000+ games and very fast Interac payouts, though its seven-day welcome bonus drew a C$54,000 AGCO penalty.
Casino Days launched in 2020 and grew quickly by doing two things well: offering an enormous number of games and paying withdrawals fast. It has since moved from being a purely offshore casino to holding registrations in both of Canada’s competitive regulated markets, Ontario and Alberta, which sets it apart from most brands of its age. Its sister site Lucky Spins runs on the same platform.
Quick take: Casino Days is one of the best choices in Canada for sheer game variety and Interac payout speed, and it is licensed wherever you are: Ontario, Alberta, or by Kahnawake for the rest of the country. Its welcome bonus is large but must be cleared in seven days, and Ontario’s regulator fined the Ontario site over how a version of that bonus was presented. Go for the games and the payouts. Treat the bonus with care.

Licensing: Which Casino Days You Get
| Where you play | Regulator | Company |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | AGCO, under an iGaming Ontario agreement | Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA (named by the AGCO in 2025) |
| Alberta (casinodays.com/ab) | AGLC, licence 120625, issued July 10, 2026 | Golden Nebula Limited |
| Rest of Canada | Kahnawake Gaming Commission | Indigo Nova Ltd (per the Kahnawake register) |
For the rest of Canada, we checked the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s public permit holder list: casinodays.com is held by Indigo Nova Ltd, the same company listed for luckyspins.com. Some review sites name White Star B.V. and also describe a Curaçao licence, so expect different company names in different places.
The version you get matters. In Ontario and Alberta you are on a provincially regulated site with certified games, required player-protection tools and a provincial regulator. Elsewhere you get the full international site with lighter oversight. You must be physically inside Ontario or Alberta to play on those sites. Our Ontario casinos guide explains the regulated side, and our comparison of provincially regulated and offshore casinos covers the rest.
The AGCO Penalty: What Happened
In June 2025, Ontario’s regulator issued a C$54,000 penalty against the operator of Casino Days’ Ontario site. The investigation began when a player complained that more than C$8,500 in winnings had been confiscated. According to the AGCO, to get the full bonus a player had to:
- deposit C$2,000 of their own money,
- wager C$70,000, which is 35 times the deposit,
- keep every bet at or under C$5, and
- finish all of it within seven days.
Investigators found some of those terms were buried behind several links. The AGCO’s own analysis estimated that the average player would lose C$3,640 trying to earn the C$2,000 bonus. Ontario’s rules require all material bonus conditions to be shown when the offer is first presented, and forbid promotions that encourage harmful play. The operator had the right to appeal; we found no report of an appeal outcome.
That is the regulated system working as intended, and the AGCO’s maths is the clearest explanation you will find of why big, fast-deadline bonuses rarely favour the player. It is also a reason to read this operator’s terms closely on any of its sites. Our article on whether online casinos are rigged explains what regulators do and do not check.
The Welcome Bonus
Ontario and Alberta players see offers on their provincial site; Ontario rules bar casinos and affiliates from advertising them publicly. For the rest of Canada, the offer most review sites list, and the one on our casino cards, is:
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Match | 100% of your first deposit, up to C$2,000 |
| Free spins | 100, on Sweet Bonanza, C$0.20 each |
| Minimum deposit | C$20 |
| Wagering | 35x the bonus |
| Time limit | 7 days to claim after registering, then 7 days to complete the wagering |
| Excluded deposits | Payz, Neteller and Skrill |
One review site lists a larger C$5,000 + 500 spins version; most list C$2,000. Some affiliate sites also advertise no-deposit spins for new sign-ups. The offer in the cashier when you register is the one that applies.
What the Bonus Costs at Smaller Deposits
The AGCO’s figures apply to the full C$2,000. Here is the same calculation at sizes most people actually deposit, on a typical 96% RTP slot:
| Deposit | Bonus | Wagering (35x the bonus) | Per day over 7 days | Expected cost of the wagering | Expected value of the bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C$20 | C$20 | C$700 | C$100 | about C$28 | about -C$8 |
| C$100 | C$100 | C$3,500 | C$500 | about C$140 | about -C$40 |
| C$2,000 | C$2,000 | C$70,000 | C$10,000 | about C$2,800 | about -C$800 |
On average slots, this bonus costs more to clear than it is worth at every size, and the seven-day clock makes the larger versions impractical. It can still buy a longer session from a small deposit if that is what you want. Otherwise, skip it and keep your winnings free of wagering. Our welcome bonus guide explains how deadlines change the value of an offer.

Game Library and Software
This is the main attraction. Casino Days lists more than 6,000 games from 90+ studios, one of the largest libraries open to Canadians. Counts on the Ontario site have been reported lower, because every game must be certified for that market, so check that a favourite is available on the site you use.
| Category | What is there |
|---|---|
| Slots | Thousands from Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal, Booming Games and many more |
| Live casino | 200+ live dealer games and shows: roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, Sic Bo and bingo |
| Table and other games | RNG roulette, video poker and more, in a separate Casino section |
A library this size is easier to manage with the search, which works by game type, name and provider. Our slots hub explains how to narrow the field by RTP and volatility, the new slots guide covers recent releases, and the live casino hub compares live lobbies.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speed
Interac is the method to use. Canadian options at registration are Interac, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter and Visa and Mastercard vouchers, with no deposit or withdrawal fees.
| Site | Reported Interac withdrawal experience |
|---|---|
| Rest of Canada | Most requests approved within minutes, with e-Transfers often arriving within about 30 minutes |
| Ontario | Usually within about 24 hours, with some reviews quoting 1 to 3 business days |
| Alberta | E-wallet withdrawals reported as almost instant once verified |
Those are typical results for verified accounts. The terms allow up to five business days, and your bank can add time of its own. Minimum deposits and withdrawals are C$20 outside Alberta; the Alberta site accepts deposits from C$1. Limits are reported inconsistently: one source gives C$5,000 per transaction and C$25,000 a week on standard accounts, another an Interac maximum just under C$10,000, and one Alberta review a C$20,000 monthly limit. Even the casino’s own FAQ and terms have been reported to differ, so check the cashier before a large withdrawal. That record is why Casino Days heads our fast payout casinos list. The payment methods hub compares every option.
Verification (KYC)
You will need to verify your identity before your first withdrawal; one reviewer on the Alberta site had verification completed in just under 48 hours. Upload your ID and proof of address early, because that is the step that most often slows a first cashout.
Mobile Apps
The Ontario and Alberta sites have apps for iOS and Android, and one Alberta reviewer found the full library available in the app. Earlier reviews found a smaller selection in the app, so check a favourite game is there. Outside those provinces, the mobile browser site works well and mirrors the desktop version, with full access to payments and history. Our mobile casinos page compares the leading options.
Responsible Gambling Tools
Casino Days offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, cool-off periods and full self-exclusion, with links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. On the Ontario and Alberta sites these tools are required by the regulator, and Ontario players can also self-exclude from every regulated site at once through the province’s centralised service. Free, confidential help is available from ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) and your provincial helpline.
Casino Days vs Lucky Spins
| Casino Days | Lucky Spins | |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | Registered | Not available |
| Alberta | Licensed (AGLC) | No Alberta licence reported |
| Rest of Canada licence | Kahnawake (Indigo Nova Ltd) | Kahnawake (Indigo Nova Ltd) and Curaçao |
| Welcome bonus (rest of Canada) | Up to C$2,000 + 100 free spins | Up to C$500 + 500 free spins |
| Time to clear bonus | 7 days | 7 days |
| Apps | Yes, on provincial sites | No |
In Ontario or Alberta, Casino Days is the one to use, since it is provincially licensed there. Elsewhere they are close, and the bonus structure is the main difference.

Our Verdict: Who Casino Days Is For
Casino Days is for slot players who want the widest possible choice and care about being paid quickly. On both counts it is among the best in Canada, and it is available legally in every province, which few casinos can say.
It is not the casino to choose for its bonus. If fair, simple bonus terms are your priority, PlayOJO is a better fit, and our real money casinos page lists other options.
