CasiYou is an Isle of Man licensed casino launched in 2023, still licensed as of October 2026, with a C$5,500 + 150 spins package over three deposits. The 50x wagering, C$20 max bet and win cap make the bonus hard to profit from.
CasiYou launched in 2023 and stands out from most new casinos in one respect: its licence. It is regulated in the Isle of Man, a jurisdiction with a serious reputation that very few casinos aimed at Canadians use. Its welcome package looks big at C$5,500, but the terms behind it are among the toughest we review.
Quick take: CasiYou still holds an active Isle of Man licence, which we checked on the regulator’s own register, so reports that it has closed look wrong. Interac is listed and withdrawals are reported at one to three business days. The welcome package carries 50x wagering, a C$20 maximum bet and a cap on winnings, so treat it as a bonus to skip. It is not available in Ontario, and access elsewhere in Canada is worth checking before you sign up.

Is CasiYou Still Open?
At least one large casino database now labels CasiYou as “closed in August 2026.” We checked that against the source that matters most, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. Its register of current online gambling licence holders, updated on October 2, 2026, lists Prumarco Holdings Limited as licensed, with www.casiyou.com as its domain. The company does not appear on the regulator’s list of former licence holders. If CasiYou had shut down and handed back its licence, we would expect to see it there.
What we could not do is open the site itself. From every location we tried, casiyou.com shows a page saying access is blocked “due to regulations.” That is consistent with a casino that restricts certain countries, and review sites disagree about whether Canada is one of them. Some Canadian review pages list it as accepting Canadians, and at least one marks it as restricted. So the practical test is simple: visit the official site from your province and see whether registration is offered. Watch for lookalike domains, which are common for smaller brands.
Licensing and Trust
The Isle of Man is one of the stricter gambling regulators outside the big European markets. Its licensees have to protect player funds, and the regulator has been tightening up: the number of active licence holders has fallen sharply over the past year, with only a handful of new licences issued. CasiYou holding on to a full licence through that period is a point in its favour. It puts the brand a clear step above casinos licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan.
Reviewers have found no cases of withheld winnings. One also notes that the site does not publicise independent game testing, which would be a welcome addition. It is not registered in Ontario and does not appear in iGaming Ontario’s directory, so Ontario residents should stick to the AGCO-licensed casinos in Ontario we list. Elsewhere, a dispute would go to the Isle of Man regulator rather than a Canadian one. Our comparison of provincially regulated and offshore casinos explains what that means for you.
The Welcome Package
Earlier versions of this review quoted C$1,000, C$2,000 and C$5,500, because different sites quote different parts of the same offer. The most detailed Canadian breakdown, updated in July 2026, shows it spread over three deposits:
How the Package Breaks Down
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to C$2,000 | 150 on Sun of Egypt 3, released 30 a day for five days, worth C$0.10 each |
| 2nd | 125% up to C$1,500 | None |
| 3rd | 100% up to C$2,000 | None |
The Terms That Matter
- Wagering: 50x, reported as applying to the bonus amount. Most of CasiYou’s other bonuses use 40x.
- Minimum deposit: C$10 according to the most recent breakdown; some pages say C$20.
- Maximum bet: C$20 while you have bonus money. Bigger bets do not count towards wagering.
- Win cap: winnings from the first three bonuses are capped at C$5,000 or six times your three welcome deposits, whichever is bigger.
- Time limit: reported as seven days to complete wagering, and each daily batch of free spins expires after 24 hours.
- Games: slots are the way to clear it.
What 50x Means in Practice
On a C$100 bonus, 50x means C$5,000 in bets. On slots returning 96%, the expected cost of that much play is about C$200, twice the bonus. Scale it up and the numbers get silly. Taking the full C$5,500 means C$275,000 in wagering, which is at least 13,750 spins at the C$20 maximum, inside a deadline reported at seven days per bonus. Then the win cap limits what you can keep.
If the 50x turned out to cover your deposit as well as the bonus, as some casinos’ rules do, every one of those figures would double. Check the wording in the bonus terms before you opt in. Our breakdown of welcome bonus value and wagering shows how to run these numbers for any offer.
How CasiYou’s Wagering Compares
50x sounds far worse than the usual 35x, but what the multiplier applies to matters as much as the number. Here is what each casino asks you to bet to clear a C$100 bonus, using the terms in our reviews:
| Casino | Licence | Wagering rule | Bets to clear a C$100 bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| CasiYou | Isle of Man | 50x the bonus (as reported) | C$5,000 |
| Wildz | Malta | 35x the bonus | C$3,500 |
| Dream Vegas | Malta | 35x deposit + bonus + spin winnings (200% first match) | C$5,250 on a C$50 deposit, plus spin winnings |
| Spinz | Malta | 35x deposit + bonus | C$7,000 on a C$100 deposit |
So CasiYou’s bonus is tougher than Wildz’s, roughly level with Dream Vegas’s and easier than Spinz’s, as long as the 50x really is on the bonus alone. None of these offers is likely to leave you ahead on average. The difference is how much play stands between you and a withdrawal.
Promotions, Loyalty and VIP
- Monday Madness: a weekly reload of 35% to 85%, depending on how much you deposit.
- Tournaments and daily bonuses: branded tournaments and rotating daily offers for existing players.
- VIP programme: five tiers, Blue, Silver (200 points), Gold (1,000), Black (5,000) and Diamond (25,000). You earn 5 tier points and 5 coins for every C$20 you deposit, and 1 of each for every C$20 wagered on slots. Table games and video poker earn far more slowly.
- Rewards store: coins never expire and can be spent in the loyalty store. Tier status runs on 30-day cycles, and upgrades apply as soon as you reach the next level.
Because points are earned on deposits as well as play, the programme rewards regular depositors more than most. Compare it with other offers in our casino bonuses hub.
Game Library
Game counts vary widely. One Canadian review says 1,000+, another 1,800+, and a casino database counts more than 2,800 slots. The operator’s own figure is higher still. Whatever the true number, slots dominate, from studios including Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Playson, 3 Oaks and Microgaming, with 25+ jackpot slots. The live casino runs on Evolution and is reported at 70+ tables, including around 30 blackjack and 35 roulette variants. Our slots hub explains how to choose games by RTP and volatility, and our live casino hub compares live lobbies.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speed
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal time (after 24-hour pending period) |
|---|---|---|
| Interac | From C$10, instant | About 1 to 3 business days |
| Visa and Mastercard | From C$10, instant | 1 to 3 business days |
| MuchBetter, Skrill, Payz, MiFinity | From C$10, instant | Instant once approved |
| Bank transfer | From C$10 | 3 to 5 business days; C$100 minimum withdrawal |
Our earlier review said no source named Interac. Two detailed reviews now list it for both deposits and withdrawals, so look for it in the cashier. Some older pages also list InstaDebit, which shut down in April 2026 and is no longer an option anywhere. The minimum withdrawal is C$20 for most methods, there are no deposit fees, and withdrawals are capped at C$10,000 a week. That cap only matters after a big win, but it would take a C$40,000 jackpot about a month to pay out. Verification is reported to take up to 48 hours, so send your documents before your first withdrawal. Our fast payout casinos page and payment methods hub compare the alternatives.
Mobile, Support and Responsible Gambling
There is no app. The site is built to work in a mobile browser on iPhone, Android and tablets. Support runs 24/7 by live chat and email (support@casiyou.com), with no phone line. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available, and the casino partners with the gambling support charity GamCare. Free, confidential help is available from ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) and your provincial helpline.
Pros and Cons
What we like:
- Isle of Man licence, still active on the regulator’s October 2026 register
- Interac and several e-wallets listed, with a C$10 minimum deposit
- Withdrawals in one to three business days for Interac and cards
- Evolution live casino with 70+ tables
- Loyalty points earned on deposits as well as play
What holds it back:
- 50x wagering, a C$20 max bet and a win cap on the welcome package
- Canadian access reported inconsistently, and the site geo-blocks many countries
- C$10,000 weekly withdrawal cap
- Game counts quoted inconsistently and no published game testing
- Not available in Ontario
Our Verdict
CasiYou is better regulated than most offshore casinos open to Canadians, and the claims that it has closed do not match the regulator’s records. If the site lets you register from your province, it is a reasonable place to play with your own money, with Interac and fair withdrawal times. The welcome package is big on paper, but 50x wagering on up to C$5,500 is not a realistic target for most players. If you want a bonus you can actually clear, Wildz asks for less, and PlayOJO attaches no wagering at all. See our real money casinos page for more options.
