Dream Vegas is an MGA-licensed White Hat Gaming casino for Canadians outside Ontario with 3,400+ games, Interac and a three-part welcome package worth up to C$7,000, though its wagering is heavy and withdrawals are slow.
Dream Vegas trades on the glamour of the Las Vegas Strip: neon branding, a big welcome package, and a lobby full of the kind of slots you would find on a casino floor. It launched in 2018 and is a sister site to Casimba, run by the same company on the same platform.
Quick take: Dream Vegas is a properly licensed casino for Canadians outside Ontario, with 3,400+ games, Interac banking and a headline welcome package of up to C$7,000. But that package wagers your deposit and free spin winnings as well as the bonus, withdrawals are processed by hand and sit pending for at least two working days, and recent player complaints are a reason for care. Approach it with a small deposit and a careful reading of the terms, or skip the bonus.

Licensing and Who Can Play
Dream Vegas is operated by White Hat Gaming under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, and it also holds a UK Gambling Commission licence. Those are credible regulators, and they are the main point in its favour. White Hat Gaming runs Casimba on the same platform.
It is not registered in Ontario. It does not appear in iGaming Ontario’s directory, and its offers are not available to Ontario players, whatever a promotional page may claim. Ontario residents should pick from our list of AGCO-licensed Ontario casinos. Elsewhere in Canada it is accessible as an offshore casino, which means a dispute goes to the Maltese regulator rather than a Canadian one. Players in Alberta now also have a provincially licensed market to choose from. Our comparison of provincially regulated and offshore casinos explains the difference.
The Welcome Package
Earlier reports quoted the bonus as either C$2,500 or C$7,000. Both are right: C$2,500 is the first deposit, and C$7,000 is the whole three-part package.
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200% up to C$2,500 | 50 on Book of Dead |
| 2nd | 40% up to C$3,000 | 30 on Legacy of Egypt |
| 3rd | 60% up to C$1,500 | 40 on Golden Ticket |
- Minimum deposit: C$20; no promo code needed
- Wagering: 35x the total of bonus money, deposit and free spin winnings
- Maximum bet while the bonus is active: C$5
- Free spin winnings: capped at C$20
- Expiry: 30 days for bonus funds, 10 days for spins
- Game weighting: slots, scratch cards and keno 100%; table games, video poker and progressive jackpots 0%
- Excluded deposits: Skrill and Neteller
What 35x on Deposit, Bonus and Spins Really Costs
Because the 35x covers your deposit too, the first-deposit bonus is far heavier than the multiplier suggests. Here is the first deposit only, on a typical 96% RTP slot:
| Deposit | 200% bonus | Total to wager (35x deposit + bonus) | Same as | Expected cost | Expected value of the bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C$20 | C$40 | C$2,100 | 52.5x the bonus | about C$84 | about -C$44 |
| C$100 | C$200 | C$10,500 | 52.5x the bonus | about C$420 | about -C$220 |
| C$1,250 | C$2,500 | C$131,250 | 52.5x the bonus | about C$5,250 | about -C$2,750 |
On average slots the bonus costs more to clear than it is worth at every size, before counting any free spin winnings, which are capped at C$20 and add to the wagering. Table games do not count at all, so there is no lower-edge route through it. The spins are the most useful part of the offer, and even their winnings are capped. If you want to be able to withdraw freely, decline the bonus. How deposit-plus-bonus wagering works is explained in our comparison of welcome bonuses in Canada.
Loyalty Club, VIP and Promotions
- Loyalty Club: on the international terms, you earn one loyalty point for every 10 units of cash wagered, and every 1,000 points converts to 5 in bonus funds, which then carry 35x wagering. That works out to about 0.05% of what you bet, before wagering, so treat it as a token.
- VIP: invite-only, with priority support, VIP tournaments, birthday rewards and cashback of up to 15%.
- Ongoing offers: prize draws, a bonus wheel, daily “Vegas perks” and cash giveaways.
For most players, the VIP cashback is the only part with meaningful value, and it is by invitation. Compare ongoing rewards in our casino bonuses hub.
Game Library
| Category | What is there |
|---|---|
| Slots | The bulk of 3,400+ games from up to 60 providers, including Vegas-style classics and recent releases |
| Jackpots | 70+ jackpot slots, including WowPot and Mega Moolah progressives |
| Table games | Blackjack, roulette, craps and poker variants |
| Live casino | 55+ live games covering roulette, blackjack, poker and game shows, but no Evolution tables |
In keeping with the name, there is a good supply of Vegas-floor style slots, which we discuss in our look at Vegas-style slot machines, and our slots hub covers how to compare titles by RTP and volatility. The absence of Evolution, the largest live studio, is a real gap if live play is your priority; our live casino hub lists better-stocked alternatives.
Payments and Withdrawals
Dream Vegas supports Interac, debit and credit cards, e-wallets and Apple Pay for deposits and withdrawals. There is no cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is C$20.
Withdrawals are the weak point. Every request is processed manually and stays pending for at least two working days, and payouts then take up to five business days. A first withdrawal also needs identity checks, which can take up to three working days. Put together, a first cashout can take well over a week in the worst case:
| Stage | Reported time |
|---|---|
| Identity verification (first withdrawal) | Up to 3 working days |
| Pending period | At least 2 working days |
| Transfer to you | Up to 5 business days |
Verify your account before you need to withdraw, and expect to wait. If speed matters, our fast payout casinos page lists far quicker options, and the payment methods hub compares the alternatives.
Player Complaints
Public reviews of Dream Vegas include a run of one-star complaints from spring 2026, from players reporting missing bonuses or spins and disputes over withdrawals after a win, and one independent complaints site rates it 6.2 out of 10. We cannot verify individual cases, many appear to come from outside Canada, and every casino attracts some complaints. Still, combined with the manual withdrawal process and strict bonus rules, it is a pattern worth knowing about.
The practical precautions matter more here than at most casinos:
- Verify your identity fully before you deposit a meaningful amount.
- Start small and make a test withdrawal early.
- If you take a bonus, follow the C$5 maximum bet rule exactly, and play only slots, scratch cards or keno while it is active.
- Keep records of chats and emails.
If something does go wrong, our guide to resolving disputes with online casinos explains how to escalate to the regulator.
Mobile Experience
There is an app for Android but none for iPhone, so iOS players use the mobile browser site, which carries the full lobby and cashier. Our mobile casinos page compares the options.
Responsible Gambling
Under its Malta licence, Dream Vegas offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and links to Gambling Therapy. Set a limit before you start, especially if you take the bonus, since its wagering encourages long sessions. Free, confidential help is available from ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) and your provincial helpline.
Pros and Cons
What we like:
- Licensed by the MGA and the UK Gambling Commission, run by White Hat Gaming
- 3,400+ games, with WowPot and Mega Moolah jackpots
- Interac and Apple Pay supported
- Daily promotions and an invite-only VIP with up to 15% cashback
What holds it back:
- 35x wagering on deposit, bonus and spins, the same as 52.5x the bonus on the first deposit
- Manual withdrawals, pending at least two working days
- Recent player complaints about withdrawals and bonuses
- No Evolution live tables and no iOS app
- Not available in Ontario
Our Verdict
Dream Vegas is licensed and legitimate, and its game library is genuinely large. But between its heavy bonus wagering, slow manual withdrawals and recent complaints, it is not a casino we would put near the top of a list. If you play here, do it without the bonus and with a modest balance.
If the Vegas theme is the draw, Royal Vegas has a far longer track record in Canada, and LeoVegas is the stronger all-round choice. Our real money casinos page has other options.
