MyEmpire is an offshore casino and sportsbook that displays an Anjouan licence seal. Its standard welcome bonus is 100% up to C$750 + 200 free spins at 35x deposit plus bonus, with winnings capped at 10x the bonus and withdrawals starting at C$750 a day.
MyEmpire is built around a gimmick: as you play, you collect Diamonds and use them to build a city, unlocking rewards as your empire grows. Behind the theme sits a large casino and sportsbook that launched in Europe in 2023 and reached Canada in 2025. Our first review had to work from conflicting third-party reports. This time we read MyEmpire’s own general terms and conditions (version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026), its site code and promotion data, and checked the names reviewers give for its operator against the Curaçao regulator’s records.
Quick take: MyEmpire displays an Anjouan licence, one of the lightest forms of oversight available, and its own terms never name the company you are dealing with. The standard welcome bonus is 100% up to C$750 plus 200 free spins at 35x deposit plus bonus, and winnings from it are capped at 10 times the bonus. Withdrawals start at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month. The game library is huge and the empire feature is genuinely different, but the rules favour the house more than the marketing suggests.

Who Runs MyEmpire, and Under Which Licence
This is the part of MyEmpire that takes the most work to pin down, and it matters, because the licence decides who you can complain to if something goes wrong.
What the Site Shows
MyEmpire’s general terms refer only to “the Company” and never give a company name or licence number. Two other things on the site point in different directions. The code that builds its footer loads a licence seal from Anjouan’s official seal service at anjouangaming.org, so the licence on display is from Anjouan. The cashier, meanwhile, shows a registered address in Willemstad, Curaçao. Casino.org’s reviewer, who saw the seal on the homepage, names the operator as Stellar Ltd, with an address in Mutsamudu on the island of Anjouan, and says the company was registered there in 2022.
We tried to open the seal itself to read the licensee’s name and licence number, but its server did not respond from our location, so we cannot confirm those details independently. Before you deposit, click the licence seal in MyEmpire’s footer and check that it opens a valid Anjouan certificate for the domain you are on.
Why the Rabidi N.V. Name Matters
Some review sites, including gambling.com, still say MyEmpire belongs to Rabidi N.V. under a Curaçao licence. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s enforcement register shows that Rabidi N.V.’s licence, OGL/2023/103/0067, was revoked on June 11, 2024. Whatever MyEmpire’s arrangement was at launch, a Curaçao licence held by Rabidi N.V. is not a current basis for trusting the site. Neither MyEmpire nor Stellar Ltd appears on the Curaçao regulator’s licence register as of October 2026, which fits the move to Anjouan.
What Anjouan Means for You
Anjouan is a small island regulator that has become popular with newer offshore casinos. Its standards are lighter than Curaçao’s reformed system and far lighter than Malta or any Canadian province. MyEmpire’s own complaints page sends unresolved disputes to AskGamblers, a private complaints service, rather than to a regulator. MyEmpire is not registered with iGaming Ontario, so Ontario residents should choose one of the Ontario-licensed online casinos instead. Elsewhere in Canada, our comparison of provincially regulated and offshore casinos explains what you give up at a site like this.
The Welcome Bonus
You will see very different welcome figures for MyEmpire depending on where you look. Here is where each comes from:
| Offer | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| 100% up to C$750 + 200 free spins | MyEmpire’s standard offer (€500 on the euro version of the site); confirmed by two Canadian reviews |
| 520% up to C$9,000 + 300 free spins | An affiliate-exclusive package split over four deposits |
| Up to C$1,200 + 300 free spins | A promo-code page whose own body text describes a different four-deposit package |
| 200% up to 3,000 USDT | The separate crypto welcome bonus |
The standard offer is the one most players will receive. The larger packages depend on signing up through a particular link, and the C$9,000 total needs four separate deposits, each with its own wagering, before it is all paid.
The Terms That Matter
- Wagering: 35 times the deposit plus the bonus. Free spin winnings carry 40x.
- Time limit: 10 days. Anything not cleared by then is voided.
- Winnings cap: what you can withdraw from a deposit bonus is capped at 10 times the bonus amount.
- Minimum deposit: C$30 for most bonuses, according to casino.org’s test.
- Order of play: your real money is wagered first, and only then your bonus balance.
- Game weighting: slots count in full; live and table games count 10% at most; a long list of slots counts 0%, and some can’t be played at all while a bonus is active.
- Early withdrawal: asking to withdraw before wagering is complete voids the bonus and its winnings.
What 35x With a 10x Cap Means
Take a C$100 deposit with a C$100 bonus. You need to place C$7,000 in bets within 10 days. On slots returning 96%, that costs about C$280 on average, more than the bonus is worth. If you beat the odds and turn it into C$3,000, the cap means you can withdraw no more than C$1,000 from the bonus play, and the rest is removed. We show how to compare offers like this in our breakdown of casino welcome bonus terms. Many players will be better off choosing the option to register without a welcome bonus, which MyEmpire offers.
Build Your Empire, Cashback and VIP
The empire feature is what sets MyEmpire apart. You earn one Diamond for every €10 wagered (about C$15) on casino games or sports, and 5% of each deposit comes back as Diamonds. You spend Diamonds on buildings, group them into districts and advance through historical eras, with rewards at each stage. The site advertises rewards worth up to €8,800, which casino.org reports as C$13,200 for Canadians. Read the fine print: bonuses exchanged for Diamonds carry 40x wagering, a 10-day limit, and a cap of 5 times the bonus on what you can withdraw.
The ongoing offers, as reported by casino.org’s Canadian test:
- Weekly cashback: 15% of net losses up to C$4,500, but only from VIP level 3. Casinos.com reports 1x wagering on it.
- Live cashback: 25% of weekly live casino losses, up to C$300.
- Reloads: 50 free spins for a C$30 deposit from Monday to Thursday, and a weekend reload of up to C$1,050 plus 50 free spins.
- Crypto reloads: 60% up to 1,000 USDT weekly, and 75% plus 100 free spins at weekends.
- VIP programme: five levels (Senator, Procurator, Principate, Legatus and Caesar), with higher withdrawal limits and a personal manager at the top.
The weekly cashback is the most valuable of these if it really carries 1x wagering, but it is closed to new players until they reach VIP level 3.
Withdrawal Limits and Payout Speed
The Limits in Canadian Dollars
MyEmpire’s terms set daily and monthly withdrawal limits by VIP level:
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | C$750 | C$10,500 |
| Level 2 | C$750 | C$15,000 |
| Level 3 | C$1,200 | C$18,000 |
| Level 4 | C$1,500 | C$23,000 |
| Level 5 | C$2,300 | C$30,000 |
What That Means for a Big Win
Win C$12,000 at the entry level and you can take out at most C$750 a day, so it takes at least 16 days, and the C$10,500 monthly limit pushes the last C$1,500 into the next month. Your VIP level is set by your activity over the previous 90 days, including the ratio of your deposits to your withdrawals, and drops to the lowest level after a month without bets. In practice, players who withdraw a lot relative to what they deposit will tend to stay on the lowest limits.
Requests are handled within three business days, Monday to Friday, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. GMT, and you can have no more than three pending at once. Casino.org’s tester received an online-banking withdrawal after five days, including verification, which can take up to ten days on a first withdrawal. If speed matters to you, our fast payout casinos page lists better options.
Rules That Can Cost You
- Deposit turnover: each deposit must be wagered at least once. If you withdraw without doing so, MyEmpire can cancel winnings and keep a 10% fee, or 15% for card and bank deposits.
- Monthly activity: the terms let MyEmpire decline a withdrawal if you have wagered less than €20 in that calendar month.
- Inactivity fee: after 180 days without logging in, MyEmpire can charge €5 a month until the balance runs out.
- Closing your account: if you close it with money still in it, or with a withdrawal pending, those funds are voided. Withdraw everything first.
- Verification: documents must be supplied within 30 days of a request, and checks usually take up to 10 days.
These terms are not unique to MyEmpire. They are word for word the same, CAD limits included, as those of ZetCasino and QuickWin, which run on the same platform.
Payment Methods
Casino.org counted 14 deposit methods and 10 for withdrawals in Canada. Deposits include online banking from C$10, Visa and Mastercard, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Neosurf, Paysafecard and crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin). An earlier tester confirmed an Interac deposit and an e-Transfer withdrawal, so Interac appears to sit behind the online-banking option. Check the cashier, as the methods shown depend on your location.
Cards cannot be used for withdrawals. Crypto is the fastest way out, at one to two hours once approved, with a C$90 minimum for Bitcoin. E-wallets take two to three days and bank transfers up to seven. MyEmpire charges no fees of its own, apart from the rules above.
Games, Live Casino and Sportsbook
Casino.org counted 9,032 games from 81 developers, including 604 jackpot slots, with studios such as Play’n GO, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger and Playson. One notable gap: it found no Pragmatic Play titles for Canadian players. The live casino has around 250 tables from smaller studios such as Iconic21, Imagine Live, OnAir and SA Gaming rather than Evolution, with blackjack limits up to C$20,000. Our comparison of live dealer casinos covers what to look for at the tables. There is also a sportsbook with its own welcome and reload bonuses, and demo play is available when you are logged out.
Mobile, Support and Responsible Gambling
There is no app. The site works in a mobile browser and can be saved to your home screen, and you can only be logged in on one device at a time. Support is by live chat around the clock and by email at support@myempire.com. Casino.org found the chat fast but scripted, with an answer quoted in euros to a Canadian player. There is no phone line.
On responsible gambling, the reports differ. MyEmpire’s site includes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits on a “My Responsible Gaming” page, but casino.org’s reviewer could not find any player limits in their account. Self-exclusion is available through support. Set a deposit limit before you play, and if you can’t find one, ask support to apply it.
Pros and Cons
What we like:
- About 9,000 games, with a large jackpot section
- Build Your Empire is a genuinely original loyalty feature
- Option to sign up without a welcome bonus
- Crypto withdrawals in one to two hours once approved
- Clear, published CAD withdrawal limits
What holds it back:
- Anjouan licence, and the terms never name the operator
- Welcome bonus at 35x deposit plus bonus, with winnings capped at 10x the bonus
- Withdrawals from C$750 a day, processed on weekdays only
- Fees for unwagered deposits and for inactive accounts
- Cashback reserved for VIP level 3 and above
- No Pragmatic Play in Canada; no app or phone support
- Not available in Ontario
Our Verdict
MyEmpire is a well-built site with a huge library and a loyalty system you won’t find anywhere else. Its terms, though, are the same restrictive platform rules we found at ZetCasino and QuickWin: a capped welcome bonus at 35x deposit plus bonus, modest withdrawal limits, and fee clauses most players never read. Add an Anjouan licence and terms that don’t name the operator, and we would not put a large balance here. If you play, skip the welcome bonus or treat it as entertainment, verify your account early, and withdraw regularly. For a big library with stronger oversight, see Casino Days or PlayOJO, or browse our real money casinos. If something does go wrong, our guide to resolving casino disputes sets out your options.
